<p><em>This study aims to see if there is a relationship between media literacy and the level of access to LinkedIn Learning courses. The concept of digital literacy used in the research is the Individual Competence Framework by the European Commission which consists of 3 indicators, namely technical usage skills, critical understanding, and communication skills. The media literacy variable is further divided into 3 (three) ability categories namely Basic, Medium, and Advanced. Similarly, the LinkedIn Learning course access variable is divided into 3 (three) levels namely “Low”, “Medium”, “High”. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlational approach, which tries to see the relationship between two or more variables and the strength of the relationship. This research was conducted on 65 students of the Faculty of Non-Postgraduate Communication Sciences class of 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2023 at Padjadjaran University, who were selected based on simple random sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive and inferential using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was no correlation between students' media literacy and the level of access to LinkedIn Learning online education program courses by students of the Faculty of Non-Postgraduate Communication Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran. From the three sub-variables of media literacy based on the Individual Competence Framework, namely critical understanding, and communication skills also have a significant relationship with media literacy, but the sub-variable of technical usage skills has a significant relationship with media literacy.</em></p>Januar Ilyas, Edwin Rizal, Andri Yanto

<p>As a coaching or teaching organization for children, members of the organization or what are usually called PAS ITB supervisors implement knowledge sharing activities to eliminate knowledge gaps between supervisors who have various characters and different educational backgrounds. Knowledge sharing helps in increasing the competence of each individual so that optimization of human resources in the organization can be created and organizational performance can increase. The aim of this research is to find out the role of knowledge sharing in the PAS ITB organization and what the supporting and inhibiting factors are for knowledge sharing in the PAS ITB organization. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of knowledge sharing at PAS ITB includes various activities, namely work meetings, mentoring of seniors, consolidation, morning dew, evaluation, large socialization and casual discussions between PAS ITB seniors. Knowledge management is carried out in the form of sorting various information or documentation of activities via centralized links, classifying documents via Google Drive and disseminating content or information via social media. Supporting factors for knowledge sharing at PAS ITB are trust and openness, organizational culture, reciprocal relationships between senders and recipients of knowledge and support from leaders. Meanwhile, the factors inhibiting knowledge sharing at PAS ITB are lack of full involvement of organizational members, lack of maximum documentation and lack of use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology).</p>Fadhilah Hartary Barkah, Agus Rusmana, Rully Khairul Anwar

<p><em>This research aims to describe how the Twenty Days with Your Book program works and to describe its benefits in increasing the reading ability of members at UKM PPIPM UNP. </em><em>This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Interviews, observation and documentation were research instruments used to collect data involving seven informants consisting of the person in charge of the program and participants who took part in the Twenty Days with Your Book program. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. </em><em>The results of this research show that the implementation of the Twenty Days with Your Book program has been carried out in accordance with planning starting from the program concept which has been designed and implemented well, the program targets are right on target, the program implementation indicators have been achieved because they exceed 60% of their targets, the realization procedures have been carried out well. , the selection of reading materials is appropriate but needs improvement, and the evaluation process is carried out well. The benefits they felt based on changes in behavior after participating in the program showed positive changes that were visible in the way they set goals for reading, the process of selecting reading materials, increased reading comprehension, and more efficient use of time. Then the benefits they felt related to their reading ability showed a visible development in the way they drew conclusions after reading, the way they found the main points of the paragraphs and the participants' increased understanding of the reading. </em></p>Musliani Musliani, Yona Primadesi

<p>This study aims to evaluate the suitability of scientific article abstract writing with the standard of abstract writing in Lancang Kuning University journals indexed by Science And Technology Index (Sinta). The research methodology is quantitative, including literature search and comparative analysis of Sinta-indexed journal abstracts. The results showed that there were 22 accredited journals with different accreditation levels, ranging from Sinta 2 to Sinta 6. All journals have writing rules or guidelines, but these rules have not been followed or obeyed properly by the authors so that there are still discrepancies in abstract writing. More than half or 78.51% of the discrepancies were caused by the use of language, then 50.12% in the use of word count and 45.30% in the use of keywords. <p class="IsiAbstrak" style="margin-left: .05pt;"><em><span lang="IN">This study examines the use of OpenAI Chat GPT in information retrieval by students at six leading universities in Indonesia. This study uses a quota sampling method with 600 students from Airlangga University, Brawijaya University, Diponegoro University, Gadjah Mada University, Padjadjaran University, and UIN Sunang Gunung Djati Bandung as the research sample. Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis shows that the majority of students use OpenAI Chat GPT for academic and non-academic needs with a high level of satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between students' daily information needs and the use of OpenAI Chat GPT. Valuable and useful information is correlated with more efficient and accurate information retrieval. This study supports the new media theory which states that digital technology changes the way individuals interact with information, enabling more personal and interactive experiences. <p style="font-weight: 400;">The development of technology and digitalization has encouraged various institutions, including university libraries, to utilize digital platforms such as YouTube as promotional tools. This study analyzes the representation of the Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) library in the promotional video titled "Peresmian Gedung Pusat Informasi dan Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Padang" (Inauguration of the Information and Library Center Building of Universitas Negeri Padang) uploaded on the UNP TV YouTube channel. Using a qualitative approach, the research applies reception analysis based on Stuart Hall's encoding-decoding theory. The findings indicate that the video represents the library as a place for studying and discussion, a quiet space, with stereotypical depictions of librarians, a collection limited to books, and a sense of suspicion toward library users. The researcher concludes that this representation fails to reflect the functions of a modern library, which should also encompass social spaces, digital collections, and a friendly relationship with users. The researcher adopts a negotiated and oppositional stance on certain elements of the video, particularly regarding the portrayal of librarians, the library atmosphere, and the featured collection. <p class="IsiAbstrak"><em><span lang="IN">This study aims to determine the role of the library in enhancing students' reading interest at SD Negeri 1 Muara Teladan. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The informants in this study consist of librarians, teachers, and students at SD Negeri 1 Muara Teladan. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed to identify themes related to students' reading interest. The results show that the library plays a very important role in increasing students' reading interest by organizing several activities, such as accessible book lending, scheduled library visits, and literacy activities. However, challenges were identified, including low student interest in reading, insufficient budget for library facilities, and a lack of library staff. Facilities such as bookshelves, tables, and chairs need to be improved to support reading activities. Despite these challenges, students showed high enthusiasm for the activities organized by the library, highlighting the library's potential even with its limitations. With improvements in library facilities, increased budgets, and additional library staff, students' reading interest can continue to grow, positively impacting their academic achievements. The library at SD Negeri 1 Muara Teladan plays a crucial role in fostering students' reading interest, but optimizing facilities and more engaging activities are still necessary to achieve better outcomes.</span></em></p>Okta Efrianti, Budhi Santoso

<p><em>Wattpad is a digital reading application that is quite popular in Indonesia and is used for reading and writing, but the majority of Wattpad users are readers. Seeing the reduced interest in reading that occurs in Indonesia. This research becomes relevant when the use of the Wattpad application is linked to interest in reading considering the low interest in reading in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between use of the Wattpad application and interest in reading. This research method uses a quantitative research method with the Pearson product moment correlation test using interpretation of the relationship strength table to determine the strength of the variable relationship and the rtable distribution to determine the significance between variables. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires via social media such as Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, and the Wattpad reading community on Telegram. Data collection was also carried out using literature studies from previous studies on the same topic. The population of this research was UNPAD, ITB, UPI, and Tel-U students with a sample of 406 samples. The correlation test was carried out using SPSS version 23. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between the use of the Wattpad application and interest. With a sample size of (n)=406 and α=0.05 with a confidence level of 95%, the calculated correlation coefficient on satisfaction with using Wattpad is 0.350; intensity of Wattpad use with reading relaxation 0.209; and Wattpad reading genre preference with reading stimuli 0.516.</em></p>Allifia Karim Andike, Prijana Prijana, Andri Yanto
